Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention in which you stay aware and in control. It only allows for positive and healing suggestions to become nez believes and an enhanced understanding of what was holding you back.
Lucie trained at the Ekaa institute, where hypnotherapy is combined with NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), so sessions work on two levels. First, they help you identify the thought patterns and limiting beliefs that keep replaying, and replace them with self-talk you can actually use. Second, they use suggestion, which works best once your own suggestibility is understood, to help new responses take root beneath conscious effort.
Clients come for anxiety and stress, low self-confidence, fears and phobias, and the emotional imprint of difficult experiences they have carried for years. Others come for pain that persists, since the mind-body connection can change how it is felt, or because they feel stuck around money or purpose and cannot see why.
Often the first shift is clarity: seeing which limits were real and which were stories you had been told, or told yourself. Change usually builds over 6 to 8 sessions. Hypnotherapy complements medical and psychological care.
