Lucie Masson
Coach and therapist in women's mental health
For years, I wore a mask of confidence. From the outside, everything seemed promising: studies, opportunities, entrepreneurial projects. But inside, I was constantly failing. I couldn't hold down a job, my businesses never took off, and the fear of starting over and failing paralyzed me. What was my true calling?
Motherhood amplified everything. After my first child, postpartum depression overwhelmed me: rejection of my new role, mental overload as head of the family, suppressed emotions. My body broke down with an autoimmune disease. Despite multiple therapies and attempts, I remained lost, agitated, and exhausted. If this had to continue my couple was the next casualty...
The turning point? My mentor in India. He taught me to cultivate a relationship with myself, self-awareness around negative emotions and look at life from a different view point. I cleansed my emotional body, deconstructed my limiting beliefs system: “You have to please,” “You’re not enough.” My marriage had faltered—it took two years to reinvent it from my new truth, without breaking it.
Then came the reward: my husband followed me, letting go of his old patterns. My children gained emotional strength and social integration. My health improved. I stopped worrying and began to enjoy every moment, consciously choosing who I am and what I wanted to do. My passion became my vocation: I trained in certified NLP coaching & hypnotherapy to help other woman who feel exhausted.
Today, I support working women and mothers exhausted by the mask of the “strong woman” but who don't have any guidance. I help women who want a job that nourishes them and at the same time leaves them enough time to balance their family life.
When you decide to heal and have the courage to align yourself with what you desire, everything falls into place: vocation, health, relationship, family, happiness. If this is your situation, this path awaits you too.
Biography
Lucie was born in France, but her horizons broadened as soon as she set foot in India in 2006. This trip, initiated by her studies and a few happy coincidences, turned into a deep attraction: she married there and spent almost half of her life there, fascinated by the richness of a civilization that combines millennial traditions and promising modernity.
Lucie soon immersed herself in Vedic philosophy, stemming from the sacred texts of ancient India. This quest was initiated and formed by Hindu life teachers and spiritual masters, drawing on the source of a Knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
With a degree in business and administration, she first followed the well-trodden path of the business world before detaching herself from it. She chose to train in coaching techniques, NLP and Emotional Intelligence in order to dedicate her energy to transmit the timeless wisdom she has gathered, making it accessible to the contemporary realities that our time needs.
Through her videos Les Mères Fortesand her podcast, she addresses how women have the immense ability to find the universal love within them, and have the power to transform their couple, their family and their communities through their unique feminine qualities. At the crossroads of cultures, her singular voice carries a message of harmony and hope, faithful to the idea that it is now up to the Feminine Principle to shape the future.
