For years, I wore a mask of confidence. From the outside, everything seemed promising: studies, opportunities, entrepreneurial projects. But inside, I was constantly failing. I couldn’t hold down a job, my businesses never took off, and the fear of starting over paralyzed me. What was my true calling?
Motherhood amplified everything. After my first child, postpartum depression overwhelmed me — rejection of my new role, mental overload, suppressed emotions. My body broke down with an autoimmune disease. Despite multiple therapies and attempts, I remained lost, agitated, and exhausted. My marriage was the next casualty.
He helped me cleanse my emotional body and deconstruct my limiting belief system: “You have to please.” “You are not enough.” It took two full years to reinvent my marriage from my new truth, without breaking it.
The reward was profound: my husband followed me, letting go of his old patterns. My children gained emotional strength. My health improved. I stopped worrying and began to enjoy every moment. My passion became my vocation.
True transformation doesn’t happen through performance or self-improvement. It happens through remembrance — returning to the truth of who we are beneath conditioning, wounding, and limitation.

Lucie was born in France, but her horizons broadened as soon as she set foot in India in 2006. This trip, initiated by her studies and a few happy coincidences, turned into a deep attraction: she married there and spent almost half of her life immersed in the richness of a civilisation that combines millennial traditions and promising modernity.
Lucie immersed herself in Vedic philosophy stemming from the sacred texts of ancient India. This quest was initiated and formed by Hindu life teachers and spiritual masters, drawing on the source of a Knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
With a degree in business and administration, she first followed the well-trodden path of the corporate world before detaching herself from it. She trained in certified NLP coaching and hypnotherapy in order to dedicate her energy to transmitting the timeless wisdom she has gathered — making it accessible to the contemporary realities our time needs.
Through her videos Les Mères Fortes and her podcast, she addresses how women have the immense ability to find the universal love within them, and have the power to transform their couple, their family, and their communities through their unique feminine qualities.
“At the crossroads of cultures, her singular voice carries a message of harmony and hope — faithful to the idea that it is now up to the Feminine Principle to shape the future..”
I live between France and India with my husband and two daughters, who are my greatest teachers. The work I do professionally is rooted in what I have lived personally — every program, every concept, every practice has been tested in the laboratory of my own life before I ever brought it to a client.
My daily practice includes meditation, breathwork, movement, and time in nature — not as productivity hacks, but as acts of devotion to the woman I am becoming. I believe that a guide can only take you as far as she herself has gone.
What grounds me most is the ordinary: cooking dinner with my daughters, watching my husband become a better version of himself, sitting in quiet with a cup of chai as the sun rises. This is what I want for every woman I work with — not an extraordinary life, but an ordinary life lived with extraordinary presence.
